All vape-related products are shipped exclusively through PACT Act–compliant shipping methods. We do not use non-compliant carriers or delivery services.

All processed orders are freighted daily to a third-party shipping facility that is fully compliant with vape shipping regulations.

From there, shipments are processed and handed off to authorized, compliant delivery services based on destination and eligibility.

Due to this multi-step compliance process, delivery may take approximately 5–9 business days.

Shipping operations do not take place on weekends or federal holidays, which may extend delivery times.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
